@EA_HighCommand can you please give us an update in regards to the Proving Grounds + issues and compensation. Please provide us with adequate compensation as we spent money for extra access and couldn’t receive shards for our characters or ships.
Please read my previous posts on this thread for a clearer picture. In game “Help” isn’t helping and we have all be checking this thread for help.

@EA_Gunner @EA_HighCommand still heard nothing why is it so difficult to give us what we paid for?

@ChristophIV thank you for the reply. Then what is the EA in game “help” for? And why did that help send us to this forum?
why didn’t @EA_Gunner ever say that to us and kept us waiting for an answer? Or anyone else that is a moderator. Why did it take you a volunteer, what is this games help coming to? I know for a fact EA has helped me get things the game hasn’t given due to a glitch, bug, or error.It is so frustrating!
Can @EA_HighCommand or someone verify I’m in the wrong place looking for assistance with getting something I paid for? If this is correct then there are a lot of posts stating otherwise. Where help is given to those who didn’t get what they paid for.
