Conquest stim packs don't do anything

Twice now I've attempted to buy a stim pack from a wandering jawa to replenish stamina. They don't work, no stamina replenished. How do I go about getting a refund of my conquest currency?

@porcupinegod You are aware that you need to manually apply them, aren't you? It doesn't happen automatically. You need to press the "+" at the end of the character's stamina bar whilst on the squad selection screen. This will take you to the Stim packs inventory where you can apply them to the character.
