Episode Pass not activating in game

I am experiencing the same issue.

Same issue here, paymend is done but din't get the Episode Pass after returning to the game. Ally code: 769-531-957

I think there's been a major general problem for the past few weeks with the PC application (macOS???) affecting items also sold in the online store: LSB, etc.

Regarding my purchase of the "VANGUARD LIGHTSPEED RESISTANCE": during the first sales period in the online store (June 22nd to 27th), I couldn't buy it; the application couldn't display the payment selection page.

The same thing happened at the beginning of the second sales period, which was shared between the website and the application (June 25th to 30th) with the following message: "You are currently purchasing this item, ..." !

However, right after the end of the first sales period on June 28th, it worked in the PC application as if by magic!

And here I am, experiencing the same issue where the payment options page for the current Grogu simple "Episode Pass" isn't displaying...

It's not that I don't want to pay without the PC discount for your products, but you (CG) are surely losing sales and players because of a stupid setting or a bug in your sales module.

I don't know if your accountant and/or president would be happy to learn about this lost revenue, but you need to fix this very, very quickly before the teams suffer...

If other players can share their experiences, the feedback would be even better.

I am experiencing the same issue with the GroGu & Anzellans Bundle I. I purchased the bundle, but I did not receive any of the items.

After completing the payment, I receive a message confirming that the purchase was successful. However, when I try to leave the screen by clicking "Continue", nothing happens. The only option is to close the window.

The payment has been successfully charged to my bank account, but the purchased items have not been delivered to my account. My Ally code: 769-531-957

Glad to see I’m not the only one with this issue, bought it over two hours ago and it’s still not activated. I’ve closed and reopened multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing! Really starting to **bleep** me off.

I’m having the same issue with the Episode Pass. 

Im trying to collect my shards from the reward tier but it’s saying my pass isn’t active. 

I’ve restarted the game several times no luck

I did more digging, and I definitely have the e-mail confirmation of the order from EA, as well as being able to see the purchase in my EA account history on the EA web portal.  I've tried both the mobile and PC clients with neither of them thinking i've got it.  However, if i click "Activate" and then the price, it errors saying "Purchase Failed or Daily Purchase Limit Exceeded" (or something like that)

After opening the game, I found a message from Customer Support in my Inbox stating:

"Our records indicate you received incorrect rewards from the DINJARIN Redemption. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have incurred. Your account has received the correct reward: 5-star The Mandalorian."

However, I did not complete the quest or Journey, and I already had The Mandalorian at 5 stars.

Therefore, I assume this is not the compensation for the missing Episode Pass rewards and the Grogu Bundle I that I purchased but never received. Could you please confirm whether those issues are still being investigated? Ally code: 769-531-957

I also did not receive the episode pass I paid for. Bought it in game and simply did not activate. It allows me to try and purchase it again, but I have the receipt saying I already did.

This is literally going to cost me the ability to get to 10/100 by the end of day 1 unless i spend yet even more crystals to account for them not delivering the episode pass and the 20 shards in that which i'd be relying on.
