Critical Technical Issue Account Linked to Deleted EA ID

Hello,

I am facing a major database conflict. My Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes account (8M GP, 8 years old) is currently linked to an EA account that was deleted by your services.

Because the internal ID no longer exists, the game crashes systematically when I try to manage the link or connect to the EA App. I have created a new EA account with the same email, but I need a manual override to point my Player ID to this new account.

Support agents are currently giving me generic answers about not being able to unlink, but this is an orphaned data issue, not a standard request.

Could a Community Manager or a Senior Technician please look into this? The link to a deleted account is preventing me from playing on PC.
