Crystal deduction issue

I experienced a glitch today wherein my crystals were a little over 1050 total and then all of a sudden they went down to 150 . I don’t think I accidentally purchased anything with a stray swipe rather this seemed like a glitch can this be reviewed and can my crystals be refunded or if not can you look in my crystal transaction history to tell me what I wasted almost a thousand crystals in thank you
