Crystal wasting on faction packs

Question

I bought 3 faction pack (not at the same time) because it gives u 10-330 data shards so I thought Why not? And it gave me 13 shards.... Okay, okay maybe I had bad luck so a month later I bought again because it must give me more shard. IT GAVE ME * 10 shards, man WTF? Yesterday too I got 10 shards.... It cannot be bad luck! Please fix this "bug" or crystal wasting stuff or I will... Nevermind, I love this game but this isnt fair ☹️

i am afraid to tell you that´s the way it works...
there are a lot of people out there who made videos of buying toons with the crystal packs... all i have seen so far is that they had to use more than 50k crystals to get them to 7* ... some people i have met are predicating they had luck and got 330 hards out of a pack, but since today i´ve seen no proof if it´s really true from anyone...

i recommend this video for you, they are buying Darth Sion and it´s really entertaining especially at 02:15min qoute: "ah man, this is going to be painful, this is painful... hey, he is the lord of pain, so he causes pain on my wallet"
