Crystals disappeared

Hi!

I’m a long-time player here, and I’ve always been very sheepish when it comes to spending crystals, in case there is some unforeseen circumstance coming my way.

I’ve logged in daily, as usual, and I come to find out that I’ve had my crystal count suddenly go down from 6500+ to approximately 2000 as of right now, which is extremely baffling. I’m 100% certain that I would have never spent this many crystals on any type of item in-game, so I’m definitely looking at a system glitch. I always make sure to triple check what I am pressing, since the items in the shipments tend to switch places occasionally, and this time was no different . Yet, the issue remains.

I kindly ask you to please look into this, as this completely messes up my strategy of buying upcoming character packs that I’ve hoarded for for a while.
