CUP LSB purchase issues

Hi, I tried to buy the CUP LSB several times on April the 1st when it was active. Unfortunately, I ran into errors, and I didn't know the "get help" ingame couldn't help with... basically anything. After 10 days of back and forth with them they just closed the ticket and said "we'll pass it on to the team" -- but that doesn't help me because now I'm out the CUP LSB. 

Every time I tried to buy it, it errored out and I couldn't buy it. Eventually during the day the packs just straight up disappeared, but everyone in my guild alliance could still see + buy them.


I know it's been 15 days since this bundle was released for its limited run, but I spent 10 days trying to talk to EA support via the ingame help button.

    No the transaction never went through on my card. I tried on both the webstore and ingame, both times I tried it would say the transaction was pending and then disappear from the store as if I had purchased it, the way LSB's do when you've bought them. I did the recommended action of pressing "restore purchases" but that only made it so they would briefly reappear in the shop, only to give me the same error.

    The solution in this case was to cancel the pending purchase and reboot the game. That would have solved the issue. There is nothing else that EA Help can do for you now. CUPs LSB was only available for 24 hours and is no longer in store.

    I tried this. It wouldn't go through. I also tried to buy this on the webstore which was on my desktop and had nothing to do with being in game. The same situation occurred. And it didn't have to do with my card being declined or anything, because I was able to buy the episode pass. 

    Can't I just be charged for the purchase and sent the pack? I tried everything to buy it on the day it was released, it feels unfair to be punished for an error that isn't my fault.

    I'd also like to point out that I wasted all of april 1st talking to the EA help team accessed through the in-game help menu, they were completely unhelpful and didn't have a clue what I was talking about. Had I known, I would have come to this forum instead but that isn't suggested anywhere in-game that you get more specific help here than the one in game. I can provide screenshots that prove I tried to resolve this issue on the 1st of april, with timestamps
