I was told by EA Help that they could do nothing and someone at CG would need to be involved. The last response was 4 days ago so that process was futile.  On the forums I have received no response, presumably because the expectation is to now use this platform exclusively which also has resulted in no response ☹️

      Having this issue as well! Someone PLEASE HELP. not fair to those of us losing out.

    I see. ☹️ Thanks for sharing. It makes sense if CG is needed instead of EA, as I think CG probably operates the servers and/or network, and more importantly databases involved.
