Twice now in the past week I have finished my dailies in the last 10 minutes but I get the popup telling me the daily quests have reset and I’ll get the missing rewards. I do get the rewards for the missing single daily quests but haven’t received the final daily quest rewards twice because the dailies apparently reset before they reset now.

As the team have raised it to the studio, there's nothing more they can do here. Hence that's why the acknowledgement is the accepted solution. They also cannot provide compensation. If there is any forthcoming, it'll be provided by the studio with the fix.
Love that the “accepted solution” is just a recognition of the bug and not doing anything to make it right. 🚮

Chat support just gave up talking to me and ended the conversation. Super cool.
same bug happened to me. 5 minutes before reset. the rewards of the two quests i should have gotten were sent to my mail after reset, but not the daily reward box (which contains crystals and others). is there a way to get it back?
Yeah? How about sending me earned, missing, rewards?
It’s about to happen again. 3 minutes left, can’t collect any quest rewards, never receive the final box with the crystals at the end of the day. 3rd time in a week.
