Daily quests reset time and not receiving rewards box

Summarize your bug Daily quests are somehow resetting before the actual reset time, meaning players are unable to claim completed rewards and therefore also the reward box for completing all daily quests, depriving us of all crystals and a lot of other rewards.

This has now happened to me twice, where I finish my daily quests before they reset, but I am unable to claim my rewards. I get a popup that says “Daily Quests have reset. Your account has been granted unclaimed rewards, and a receipt has been sent to your inbox.” The problem is that my daily quests haven’t reset yet, which you can see on the timer in my screenshots.  When my quests actually reset, at midnight local time, as indicated in the game and by the countdown timer, I receive the individual rewards in my inbox, but I am not receiving the crate for completing all 7 dailies even though they were all completed before reset. This means I am missing out on all the crate rewards including crystals, episode points, and Kyros. Why are they not also sent via email? I should receive my missing 2 crates or the equivalent of all the missing rewards.
