    Hey @ApocalypsoNow ,

    there are two requirements to access the event.

    The first, as you mentioned, 7* Characters.

    The second is that every Character has a GP of at least 17.500.

Hi @ApocalypsoNow,

To add to @CEO_Rago correct response, the following characters of yours are below the required 17.500 GP:

Mission

T3-M4

Zaalbar

Canderous

Carth

Gearing them and/or their abilities further up above the 17.500 required GP will let you enter the event.
