Summarize your bug When I complete Dark malak event with light side I get the Game Over screen even though I have the dialogue between malak and Revan that pop on screen. I completed this event 3 times and every time I get that problem.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I really don’t know

We've checked the logs available to us, and it appears that you need to complete Tier 1 of the event (light side). As @Barbarossa5 said, if there seems to be an issue with your game, please do a complete fresh install from the official sources (Google Play Store/iOS App Store).
