Not received donation rewards (no update from other ticket 11 days ago!)

Hi it’s now been 11 days without an answer please can you take a look at my first ticket! I donated $50 and have not received the rewards for this!

see my ticket attached. Please fix this asap it’s not difficult to award them… I put my ally code in the purchase notes and not got the rewards.
