Hi,
This issue happened in HSTR in phase 2 against Sion.
I used Annihilate on Sion 3 times and it didn't register any damage. (no change in health %, no white numbers displayed)
I made a gif the 3rd time but can't join it, so I breaked it in 3 screenshots...
