Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure. Play the Darth Revan's fourth tier would be my guess.

I have completed the fourth tier of the Darth Revan's journey Guide event (with the Ajunta Pall boss) many times, but each time the game freezes and crashes. When I re-open the game, the tier is considered incomplete and I can't go further in the event.

Thank you for your report. We tried to reproduce your issue on different devices, but without success. On all devices, we were able to complete Tier V of the Darth Revan journey and claim the rewards at the end. Please try our suggested troubleshooting steps and I hope that it will fix your device issues.
