Darth Revan event crashing Tier 4 on PC App

Bought the Darth Revan Lightspeed Bundle. But when doing the event, after completing the battle on Tier 4 the game gets stuck with an endless loading symbol after HK-47's dialogue. It just doesn't progress (tried waiting 30 mins) or register the win and the App has to be restarted to use it at all. I've tried re-installing both the EA App and SWGOH App, Restarting the PC etc. BUt nothing has worked and I can't progress to unlock Darth Revan. Hoping there is a way you can either give me the remaining Darth Revan shards or the ones for that tier and register the win?
