Darth Revan event not awarding shards

I just completed the Darth Revan Legendary event on the PC client, but it did not award me the remaining 55 shards of the character despite me completing every event tier. I am at 275 out of 330 shards even though every tier is complete.

Because of this, I cannot unlock the character and I do not know what to do.
