datacrons material missing (from inbox mail)

My data caches was almost full, so i didn't collect the  expire dc material from inbox mail.

But today i accidently click this datacron material mail，and collect all these caches and Deboss.

I have prepared for the potential waste of some caches (potentially close to 20M),.

But the point is "I didn't get any of it", not even the Deboss.

I don't remember the exact number of these material, but i got pretty much old dc and i suppose that these inbox materials should at least allow me to level up a Lv8 dc right?.
