They will not help you to delete an account. Simply you need remove your Google Play mail in your Android settings >> Accounts >> Google, and add another one. Once you logged the new one you can add again the other one, if you need it for other things. You can try link in the guest account first of all, so press "Play as Guest", press the "Have an account?" button and there you will be able to use EA Connect to link in the guest. After it you can join your new mail and press "Continue game" to get it linked on Google Play also. If you join the banned account the only way to disconnect it is remove the account on Android settings.
Thanks man but ive already tried all of this. I got Huawei Mate x3 so there are some restrictions for google services. All advices like tap the app and switch account dont work here. i can play at pc but its inconvenient. I reinstalled it many times. Logged to Google Play by another account but every single time its loads firstly my banned account.
You need remove the account on Android Settings >> Accounts >> Google, delete the mail, then will not load that mail. Best you can do is load another one before add the old with the banned account
