Community Milestone Conquest Reward still not Delivered

I have 220/330 shards for The Stranger (red box in both + buying 20 shards in the sector shops) and I was expecting to get an extra 20 shards with the community milestone rewards. I have yet to receive them and everyone in my guild has. I have contacted EA support in game, but it has not been helpful since it seems like they don't know anything about this game. I have tried restarting my game and clearing my cache, still no rewards. Ally code is 288-836-529.

The devs should be able to look at my account and see that I participated conquest when the community milestone event was happening. Would be great to get those shards so I can save some conquest currency for whatever the conquest unit after The Stranger will be.
