Did not get full rewards from $25 energy pack

Question

I just purchased the $25 pack that included the 1,000 energy, 10 zetas, mod materials, etc from the webstore. When I opened the pack in game, I only received the 1,000 energy but not the other materials. Can I get a refund on this?

As you can see from this screenshot, I should have 60 MK capacitors (10 I originally had plus the 50 from the pack).

I wish I had taken a screenshot beforehand. I can’t say for sure that I didn’t get all the non-energy, but I at least didn’t get the zetas. I’m guessing I didn’t get the rest either. Hitting “restore purchases” didn’t help.
