Jedi Temple Guard Loot Crate not in Webstore

Same. Nowhere to be found.  Tried to add to a crystal purchase as a plan b test and that says ineligible item.  Bugged.  

Same. I assumed it is not available as I have the toons at 7-stars... but that would suck if you spent money for the toon so you dont get the freebies.

That seems to be the case. Which is what I came here to say.  They gave free stuff to only a certain group, which feels like being punished for getting a character to 7 stars during its highlight.  
Why not just give everyone the same rewards? 

Everyone should get the same free stuff. Why alienate a group of serious players?  Seems like another time that CG is out of touch with its player base.  Happy for those who got 66 shards of a new toon, still to exclude a big group of players though.  Bad call. 

Same. Cant find anywhere. Mine toon is at 5* now. Most guys from my guild got the loot pack and i just cant find it...

mine is 4 star and the pack is not on the webstore cg fix this

I found the pack but it didn’t have the little blue “add promo link” so i hit purchase thinking it would pop the spot before finalizing the purchase that did not happen and I got charged the full price

the pack is just not on the webstore please help with a soloution cg
