Did not get purchase

Hi

Like many other people I have a problem with a purchase I have made. I bought the Dr Aphra lsb and it did not come through, I reported this via EA help in game. I have had no response despite following up. This is by far from the first purchase problem I have had having been blessed with purchases charged twice and crystals instead of bundles (as usual less crystals than I paid for the bundle) . I have seen literally hundreds of posts where this happened to other people all saying the same thing

Biggest problem is however the complete lack of response from CG/EA. Again a common experience for many 

When will the devs realise they need the revenue from customers and also their goodwill and put some resource into customer service?
