Did not receive 55 CX-2 from Marquee

EA Help has been useless on this issue. Right as I finished the event tier 1, my game crashed. When I logged in it showed that I had completed the mission and received the rewards, but CX-2 still showed 0/25 shards and I have since been unable to unlock him.

The in-game help chat people keep passing me around and each one says "I checked your account and you received your shards", but that is not true. I still have not received my 55 shards.
