Did not receive Chewy lsb

Same exact thing happened to me. Waiting on a response from them. My  ally code is 862-485-798

Based on your order history, you bought only the Jedi Allies LSB.

I bought both the jedi and the chewy lsb yesterday, but only received the jedi one.  

The second order failed. check your order status on EA App > Order History

If it has failed.   Could you put it back on my account to try to purchase it again, because it doesn't show up to purchase.

Since the purchase failed.  Can you put chewy LSB back in my store so I can purchase it.  I want to get it but apparently it failed the first time I tried to purchase and now it doesn't show up.
