Did not receive energy when spending crystals

Summarize your bug On a number of occasions I have purchased energy with crystals and not received the energy. The first time this happened I received 200 crystals from customer services. The bug happened again over the weekend. I contacted customer services and the recommended I post the issue here. I have not received any compensation for the most recent incidence.

The bug happened again over the weekend. I contacted customer services and the recommended I post the issue here. I have not received any compensation for the most recent incidence.

    Appears that the 3rd time is a charm since that ally-code appears to be the right one.

    I can confirm that you've purchased several energy refreshes on May 26th (the last one twice within less than a minute). We've checked your account and it appears you completed normal- and hard-mode battles afterward with that energy.

    Still no response. What's most frustrating is I spend good money on this game and it would literally cost you nothing to refund to lost crystals due to your bug. Very disappointed, seriously considering going FTP unless I get a satisfactory response.

    Customer services have refunded me to crystals, but not until I sent several emails having a prolonged argument. Really unnecessary.. You probably should take a closer look at this bug.

    In order to investigate this further could you please provide us with the correct ally code (the ally code 425—573—994 doesn't bring up an account) and exact time when this happened? Thank you!

    Sunday 26th May around 10pm BST. Might have been a little earlier. It happen twice in a row in quick succession.

    Im certain I didn't get energy for 2 of the purchases. I know I purchased more after it didn't work, I received energy for those.
