So here’s a new one. EA replied to the BBB complaint and told me to go to help.ea.com. I rejected that response because it seems like more run around, but I did it to show my continued efforts to try to get help. This is a different help desk with live chat, and the agent gave me instructions for logging a new in game ticket. I followed them and am waiting, but apparently it will get this other ea help desk involved. I suggest everyone go do that. Not sure if it will help but at least it’s pressing on another avenue since CG is useless.
