Has the new help desk been able to help resolve the issue? I just submitted a BBB complaint as well.
So far still nothing. They are back to ignoring me, but my last ticket is still open.
Hey gang - don’t forget to also open a ticket at help.ea.com - they are trying to help me. I have an active ticket with them and just chatted with an agent about the fact that I had to open a 4th ticket and after 2 days I still have no response. The person said they would follow up on their end, so still there is hope.
