Did not receive what I purchased

I purchased the resistance rising lightspeed bundle on 10/17/25, but I did not get anything. I contacted 3 different advisors through the in-game help chat, and all 3 told me that I got everything and close the chat, even after providing proof that I have not. I opened 2 cases on the EA website and both times they just tell me to contact the help team through the game app. I talked to EA live support chat and they referred me to a specialist....who told me to contact the help team through the app. This is beyond frustrating at this point. Somebody needs to look into this, I don't want to have to dispute the charge with my bank.
