Era level calculation in Coliseum is bugged

I have a level 43 STL and am fighting tier 3 in the Coliseum. The two borrowed units are also level 43 and so my total era level should be 129. Roar of crowd is strongest when the combined enemy era level is less than 125, so it should be weakened for me but isn't.
