Did not receive what I purchased

I recently purchased the Sith Eternal Lightspeed Bundle 2 on the webstore, and instead of receiving what I bought, I got an error message and 3.2k crystals instead. How do I go about fixing this to g...

I've had the exact same issue, strangely it did allow me to claim the bundle through the inbox, upgraded the characters, then when reloading the game it had reverted them and given the crystals instead.
