Hello, I made a post in another section of this page so I'm just going to copy and paste this and hope that someone is able to give us an answer.
So I know this issue sounds straightforward and simple, with many articles on this page and others of potential ways to solve my issue but none have been successful and affected several other people.
I purchased a $50 Crystal bundle through the Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes *PC Client* store. At the time of writing this it has been roughly over 32 hours since I made this purchase and I still have not gotten my crystals, but my card has been charged the $50. The EA settings say the purchase was completed and successful, however I have done every form of troubleshooting available to no success.
I have turned my PC and phone off and on again, I have rebooted the game probably 40 times, I tried restoring my purchases 10 times, I tried making a ticket for this issue (via the PC version of the game through the "help" button) on the website and nobody answered, AND I tried setting up separate live chat sessions with 2 different advisors.
The first person told me I needed to wait 24 hours after the purchase and it would be fine. After the 24 hours, I got in contact with someone again and they said I needed to use the in-game help button (that I used to get to this website) so I could reach someone who could help me. It also seems like the website is trying to automatically close my case. Every time I log in it says "In order to resume this case, please click “Resume Case” below. Once you resume this case you can add more content such as attachments or continue to contact one of our advisors. Otherwise your case will be autoclosed." It now says "Waiting on Player" as its status, however there is no direction or indication on what to do next with this issue. I also utilized the mobile version of the "help" button to some AI chat bot and have gotten no response from it, although it says to "wait until you see an in-game notification."
At this point I'd take either a refund or the crystals added to my account, but ideally the crystals. Is there a phone number I can reach or a representative who can actually even help me? Is there something on my end that I can do to fix it? I have done every troubleshoot method available to me I could find to no success.
