I bought the "Depa Billaba Bundle 2" but I did not recieved any content in the bundle.
The transaction has been completed from the bank.
Anyone else having this problem?
What can I do to get the content or the money back?

So I got a reply form "Takatiba" on EA Help. He says i got 4324 crystals instead.
I bought a package with 30 shards of Depa, 5 Omicrons + some gear.
And with those shards I am able to complete some levels on the ongoing Depa event.
Very nice support when I decide to spend money on the game...
Decided to also buy the same pack for Temple Guard, and guess what happened.
Same thing of course....
So any updates about these to get the refund?
No answer now from EA help in more than a day.
Still no help, so now missing out on the JMMW-event...
