Didn’t Get Raddus Lightspeed

Question

I bought the Raddus Lightspeed bundle that includes the ships and characters to relic 7, but I didn’t receive them and my card was charged still (checked my credit card statement). Also that Raddus lightspeed bundle doesn’t show up on the store for me anymore so it thinks I received it.

Am I going to get a refund or the lightspeed bundle? Or do I need to issue a charge back on my credit card for this unfulfilled order?

Since I still have not received the LSB and there’s been no attempt by technical support to fix the issue. It seems like I’m not the only one experiencing this problem too.&nbsp;EA_Gunner​&nbsp;
