Didn’t Get Raddus Lightspeed

I bought the Raddus Lightspeed bundle that includes the ships and characters to relic 7, but I didn’t receive them and my card was charged still (checked my credit card statement). Also that Raddus lightspeed bundle doesn’t show up on the store for me anymore so it thinks I received it.
