Didn’t recieve Rogue One II LSB

Purchased this bundle through the web store and did not receive in game. Ally code 592-119-981 . I have my receipt but not received. I have verified as well it is not showing as available in game, but did not get the characters.

I did try and restore purchase in game but still have not seen anything in my inbox for this bundle.
