Didn’t get my rewards for Star Wars galaxy of heroes

Hi there I’m not happy about this issue I played the events and guess what no 330 shards for dark trooper moff Gideon dark Rey grand inquisitor Reva or legendary tano plus stormtrooper Luke and ig90 I contacted ea nothing is done about this
