I paid for three crystal packs of 99€ and one for 49€, but only received the crystals of two packs of 99€ and the 49€ One.
Hi @SEPPE180388 I would recommend reaching out to a support advisor for them to look into your account, when making a case I would recommend sharing your purchase information to help them see what may be going on.

Did you try going to Settings in the top left (in-game) and clicking 'Restore Purchases'? It doesn't always work, but it often does, and should be the first thing you do whenever you have an issue like this? Then, if that doesn't work, you should come post a bug report. Hope it all ends well and you get your missing item!
It was the first thing I did. Havnt got my money back nor the crystals I payed for… even now… still nothing happened
