Didn't get Darth Revan's LSB

Addition to my post above, as you can see from the screenshots of my collection of game characters, they are all supposed to be level 85, 7 stars and 3 relic levels, but as you can see, Canderous is not even open. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted 2 emails with a message about purchasing the Darth Revan set and about receiving bonus crystals, but I hope that these screenshots will be enough to prove that my purchase did not go through in the game store. I hope for your soonest response
