Didn't receive a lightspeed bundle with tuskens

Hello!
As I mentioned, I didn't get Tuskens LSB. I'm pissed off since I created a several tickets for ea help and only get the link to the instruction how to create a ticket from the in-game menu. I did this and what answer I get? That I must create another one with the correct way of creating a ticket. HOW??? WHAT SHOULD BE THERE? Not any detail was mentioned in any of my tickets. I lost so much time that my guild went further and I stopped without this bundle! It gets me really mad!
So I try to do it here. Hope that it will take less time and I will receive a qualified support.
