Didn't receive Jedi Allies LSB

I've seen this posted a couple of times already, and I have the same issue.  I paid for the Jedi Allies LSB but was given crystals instead.  Not exactly happy about that but ok, I can always use crystals.  I tried to purchase the LSB again but was given a limit reached message and it errored out.  

If I have to choose between the crystals and the LSB I would much rather have the LSB, you know the thing I actually paid for?  Like the others on here I haven't received any communication or help with my issue after multiple attempts.

In some circles not receiving what was promised after payment is considered fraud.  I would appreciate some help with this issue thank you.  Ally code is 319-286-859.
