Didn't receive the 30 major Partagaz shards

I purchased the $29.99 bundle in the swgoh webstore, 30 Partagaz shards and 5 omicron mats. I had yet to activate Partagaz in game when I made the purchase in the webstore. Unfortunately I clicked the inbox notification so quick I didn't notice what the delivery showed. But looking in game it definitely seems I didn't receive the 30 character shards, although I think I did get the omi mats.
