Didnt received my relic cargo package

Hello!

I bought yesterday the pack I mentioned in the subject, got in game mail but when i tried to claim it it said some wierd string error code and it disappeared. I did not receive any of the stuff in it.

Can you please look at my problem? The money is charged.

I have the same issue. I got the mail to claim my purchasse but didn't receive the items

Same problem, tried the restore purchases button in settings but nothing happens. Made a ticket last night but no reply or issue fixed for me even though they claim the issue has been fixed in announcements.
