Didn't received Rogue One LSB With Erso

Hello,
I purchased two Light Speed Bundles (LSB for short) of Rogue One, but I only received Light Speed Bundle with Raddus.  I have confirmed that my bank card has been charged for both of these Light Speed Bundles. When i try restore purchase, the game says: "Transaction is being processed". The transaction has been processing for 20 hours already. I bought LSB yesterday at 16:07:08 GMT+1. My Ally code: 444-365-327.
