Appreciate the heads up about the Lightspeed Bundles issues you've encountered when buying a bundle. I can confirm this is a known issue, but in order to get help with missing content from the purchases, you'll need to:
- Contact support + Find Ally Code: How to get help in STAR WARS™: Galaxy of Heroes
- Gather Proof of Purchase: How to provide proof of purchase
- ℹ️Jump down to 'Digital purchases' and find the heading matching the device/store you made the purchase through. For example, if you play on iOS you're payment went through the App store, so look for the heading 'iTunes and App Store', etc.
- Share Proof of Purchase with Support: How to attach a file to your EA Help case
I've gathered a few similar reports together to help share this information to everyone running into this. And from the replies, I can see a few of you who've already reached out to them but had a frustrating experince. Firstly, I'm sorry to hear that, that's not an experince we want you to have and we can pass this feedback onto the support team. However, you'll still need to stick with them to get help with this as our forum team is unfortunately not able to assist processing billing, missing content, or account changes. Please, reopen your cases using the steps I've shared below, and attach your proof of purchase and ally code.
