@Thermador0 That looks like one of the generic default names assigned to a new guest account. If it’s an android account, make sure you’ve logged into the Play Store under the same google account as your main account.
And how do I do that? Do I re download?
- @Thermador0 I’m not super familiar with Android devices, but it seems like you attached a different gmail account t to that phone.
There should be account management functions in the phone, so you can login to your “correct” gmail account, and then log out of the old one, game should correctly access your account. Downloading it again shouldn’t be necessary.I'm starting to think when I got this phone from best buy that it was a new phone as I was told cause this has been a problem since day one of me getting this phone. I've tried everything and nothing so far.
