Had the exact same issue, but my Paypal didn't get charged and now the bundle is inaccesible. It appears to be 'pending' still but EA dont seem to be in any rush to address the issue :(
Yeah, if you look in the Forum it seems that happens often and is a common issue and honestly, I never had the problem that a company did not response in 24h on a email.
