Disappearing LSB Web Store

I just attempted to purchase the Sith Eternal Emperor II LSB via the website store and have encountered an issue which I had in the past when using PayPal I get an error saying the transaction is pending and the bundle disappears and I am unable to actually complete the purchase.. I have had it previous that I am able to attempt to purchase something else and see a popup to cancel the transaction but this time I did not
