Don’t buy era levels unless you plan to spend 100 per character.

I have been f2p for eras since Maul because of the lack of communication from CG. I went to get the “Modules and Core Calendar 7” to get a few toons to lvl 115. After making the purchase I realize that the game doesn’t give Zerek Ability Modules. So once again CG sells a product without communicating. You can spend $40, but can’t use it now unless you spend the extra 100 per character. Contacted them, they said once you bring each character to 6* you can use it. Genuinely predatory spending and worth FTC at this point. 
Attached screenshot shows where I can’t even level up one time after buying the calendar without Zerek, Zerek only available with 6 star characters, support acknowledging the issue and communication, then saying to keep the mats because I can use them once I hit 6* (I can’t cause I’m not spending 400 to get from G12-13).
