Double charged and got nothing

Bought a bundle and was charged twice with two receipts. Not only that but I didn’t receive anything in game. I asked ea help and they told me to wait 24 hrs and the double charge should fix itself and I should get the bundle but to come back if it didn’t work. Not only was I still double charged, I couldn’t go back for help without starting a new case, and I still don’t have the bundle. Been a few days and I still haven’t gotten help.
